Processing Time

All of our items are handmade to order. Because each piece is crafted with care, please allow a few business days for production and packaging before your order ships. If your order includes multiple items, they may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods

Our default shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping upgrades (such as Priority Mail) are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our studio. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update within the USPS system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS pricing and your delivery address. Upgraded shipping options will display automatically if available for your region.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is accepted by USPS, transit times and delivery are outside our control. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Look around porches, mailboxes, and alternate drop spots

  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number

If USPS is unable to assist, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
