All of our items are handmade to order. Because each piece is crafted with care, please allow a few business days for production and packaging before your order ships.
If your order includes multiple items, they may require additional time depending on complexity.

Our default shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping upgrades (such as Priority Mail) are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is accepted by USPS, transit times and delivery are outside our control. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
